Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Sharp’s Handyman Service (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide handyman, repair, installation, maintenance, and related home improvement services.

All work is subject to availability, project evaluation, and written or verbal approval.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates are based on available project information.

  • Additional charges may apply for unforeseen conditions, material changes, or additional labor.

  • Prices are subject to change until confirmed.

3. Payments

Payment is due according to the invoice terms provided.

We reserve the right to:

  • Require deposits

  • Charge late fees

  • Suspend work for nonpayment

Customers are responsible for all approved project costs, including materials and labor.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, emergencies, or material delays.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the property

  • Disclose known hazards or issues

  • Secure pets and valuables

  • Obtain HOA or property approvals when necessary

6. Limited Warranty

We may provide a limited workmanship warranty for eligible services. Warranty terms, if applicable, will be specified in writing.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Customer misuse

  • Existing structural or hidden conditions

  • Manufacturer defects in supplied materials

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services performed.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from misuse, unsafe property conditions, or unauthorized modifications after service completion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Company operates.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
